Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin, and you can invite your whole team during the trial.
Do the prices include GST?
We are not registered under GST, so no GST is added — the price you see is the price you pay. Your invoice carries no GST, and no input tax credit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via a secure payment gateway. Annual plans can also be paid by bank transfer on request.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Settings → Billing inside the app — no phone call or email required. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays available for export while your account is active and for a defined retention window after cancellation. You can request erasure or a portable export at any time under our Privacy Policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
